Once we receive your returned goods, we will dispatch the size you need.

Make sure you advise customer service to hold the size you need when calling for your Return Authorisation Number.

If you urgently need a replacement size for a special occasion, we suggest you post your order back and re-purchase the size you need online for speedy delivery.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange your item(s) for something different or decide on another colour, you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with your exchange.

Please Note: full priced purchases will receive a refund (excluding postage). Sale purchases will receive an E-Voucher for the value of the purchase (excluding postage).

If your order is placed before 2pm AEST we will endeavor to dispatch your item/s same day and you can expect your order within 24- 48 hours.
Please allow 2-4 days delivery for rural areas.


International orders take approximately 7-10 Business days to arrive and are subject to Customs Clearance and international freight. This may vary from location to location. You can track your order via the Tracking number provided in your Order Dispatch Confirmation email.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us. Once we have the item checked by our quality control department and it is deemed faulty, you will receive a full refund, including any postage costs.
