These Terms and Conditions form a contract between the customer (you) and Cadet Shoes Pty Ltd ABN 40 004 326 943, ACN 004 326 943 and apply to the ordering, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of goods from If you do not understand these Terms and Conditions or if you have any questions, please contact us and a representative will be happy to assist you.
The Customer Service team operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia) from 8.30am until 5.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time).
zensu Shoes reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of service without informing you. zensu shoes shall uphold the Terms and Conditions for existing orders. We advise that you should check our website regularly for any updated Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Sale

By completing an order form on you are indicating you wish to make a purchase for products indicated on your order, and authorising us to recover through your credit card.
We may accept or decline the order based on availability of goods and other factors. If we accept your order we will email confirming the order and price of goods.
As zensu Shoes will communicate with you about your order(s) using email, a valid email address must be provided to zensu Shoes for this purpose.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
zensu Shoes prices are subject to change without notice; please note you will only be charged the price at which the item(s) was at the time of purchase. We will not offer refunds for items that are of lesser value once received by the customer. zensu Shoes does not price match with other websites.

Order Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order before it is dispatched by zensu Shoes, and we will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. zensu Shoes also reserves the right to cancel your order if you provide an unauthorised credit card, if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided, if you provide invalid personal details or if the product becomes unavailable.
zensu Shoes reserves the right to cancel any order without prejudice. We will notify you when we cancel your order.

Confidential Information

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at zensu Shoes will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. stores and processes its payments through an eWAY hosted solution. View Eway's PCI DSS compliance certificate. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to our Customer Service team. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

Security of Your Account

As part of creating your zensu Shoes account you will be required to provide a password, and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password. Each time you use the password you will be deemed to be 'authorised to access', and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions.
This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details. If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions, zensu Shoes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you.
If your account is suspended or terminated you will not be able to access the Website. If you are awaiting delivery of products, zensu Shoes reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
You must notify zensu Shoes if at any time you believe someone has access to your password.

Vouchers and Promotions

From time to time zensu Shoes uses vouchers for promotional purposes. Vouchers are in AUD and will have differing conditions pertaining to them. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible.
The vouchers are a one-time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout at and by clicking “Apply Coupon”.

Australian destinations: offers FREE shipping on all orders over $50.00 within Australia.
Orders under AU$50.00 will incur a AU$10.00 flat rate shipping fee.
Discount and voucher codes do not apply to shipping fees.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered to you the following business day.
Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
We use Star Track Express to deliver all parcels.
Express delivery to remote areas may take up to 3-6 days.

Short delays may be expected in peak times and sale periods; this includes Christmas, Easter and all Australian standard public holidays. Be sure to join our mailing list for reminders and sale information.

We take responsibility for your item(s) from the time it leaves our
warehouse until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your item(s) is passed on to you.

Often it's easier to get your order delivered to a business address, an address where somebody is home or a PO BOX for prompt delivery. (Please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details)

A signature is required upon delivery. If you're not home when your purchase is delivered the courier will leave a card letting you know they attempted delivery. Your items will then be taken to your local post office or nearest Star Track depot to be collected.

Please make sure you collect your parcel within 4-5 business days, after that your item(s) will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered. A refund for your purchase amount will be issued back into your account, less a $10.00 shipping fee.

Tracking orders within Australia

After placing your order, an automated email will be sent to you including a receipt of your order.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from our carrier that includes the tracking information in case you wish to track your parcel's location. Simply use that tracking number at

International Shipping

Asia - AUD $15 shipping - 3-4 day delivery
USA/Canada - AUD $15 shipping - 3-4 day delivery
UK/Europe - AUD $15 shipping - 3-4 day delivery
Other countries - AUD $25 shipping - 3-4 day delivery

All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return postal charge incurred. If you require a refund, the return charges will be deducted from the order total.

Tracking International Orders:

As we use an express international service to get your order to you safely, a signature may be required at delivery of goods.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

Returns Policy

All returns must be authorised by our customer service team.
You will need to contact or call us on +61 3 9418 0100 or Free call Australia - 1800 999 919 prior to proceeding with a return so we can provide you with return instructions. zensu shoes does not cover the costs of returning goods or take responsibility for packages lost in transit when sending back to us. It is your responsibility to correctly package and post back the item(s). We suggest you use a trackable option and insurance.

If you wish to return an item(s) you will need to make sure of the following:

  • The item(s) is in its original purchase condition.
  • The item(s) has not been worn or tampered with in any way.
  • The item(s) is accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice.
  • Contact has been made with customer service within 14 days of purchase.
  • Purchases was made at only.

Item(s) that are worn, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in any way will void our exchange policy.

Purchases made online cannot be returned to our stores. Purchase made in store must be returned to one of our stores. You can find the returns policy in store or on your receipt.

Full Priced Items

If you wish to return an item(s) purchased at full price we will refund the original account used to make the payment once the goods return to our warehouse.


If you wish to exchange for a different product or size we will refund the entire transaction and you will need to re-purchase the item online.
 Please note we do not offer replacements for international orders. You will be refunded for the original order and will need to place a new order online.

Sale Items

If you wish to return a sale item(s) we will refund your account directly minus a 10% restocking fee calculated off the purchase price, excluding shipping, once we receive your return. 
If you need to exchange the size for a sale item(s) purchased for a special event we suggest you re-purchase the size immediately to ensure the item doesn't sell out.
